1. Do you offer direct deposit?
Yes, a direct deposit authorization form is included in our onboarding paperwork.
2. Do you sponsor H1-B visas?
No, however many of our client’s offering direct placement do.
3. Do you accept 1099 contractors?
No, however we do work with incorporated individuals, on a C2C basis.
4. Where are your clients located?
Nationally. Our clients are located throughout the U.S. and many provide work at home opportunities.
5. How often will I get paid?
As a W2 employee of BioStaff Solutions you are paid bi-weekly. Incorporated consultants are paid monthly.
6. When are timecards do?
All timecards are due no later than noon on Monday. If a bank holiday falls on Monday, then timecards will be due by noon on Tuesday. Please note, it is important that you submit your timecards prior to noon on Monday to ensure enough time for management to process payroll. Any late timecards will be processed the following payroll.
7. How do I submit my timecard?
Each client we work with has their own system for submitting time worked. Some require a manual timesheet to be submitted and others utilize a web-based time system. Your recruiter will provide you with the details upon acceptance of an assignment.
